Say goodbye to old ways of eating instant noodles. It's not only pouring the water with the seasonings inside. Because today we're introducing 7 DIY (Do-It-Yourself) instant noodle menus out-of-the-box which will change your ways of eating instant noodles forever.

7 DIY (Do-It-Yourself) instant noodle menus out-of-the-box

Menu #1 Noodle mixed Tuna Spicy Salad - An easy to made menu credited to Khun Am Nicha with only a few basic ingredients

Noodle mixed Tuna Spicy Salad

Ingredients

  • Mama Shrimp Tom Yum : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Tuna in Tomato Sauce : 1 can [get it here]

  • Onions : 3-5 slices

  • Lemonade : 1-3 tablespoons (up to your preference)

  • Bird chilli : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Coriander : 3-5 leaves

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Mama Shrimp Tom Yum" noodles in the water for 3 minutes (separate out seasonings for now) then bring it up from the water and put in a separated plate

  2. Pour "Tuna in Tomato Sauce" into a bowl (don't mix with noodles directly as we don't need much of its tomato sauce) then separate only pieces of tuna to put on boiled noodles in a separated plate

  3. Add onions and chilli along with "Mama Shrimp Tom Yum" seasonings then finish it with lemonade and coriander ... boom! ready to serve :)

Menu #2 Larb Noodle - A famous Thai-eastern taste called "Larb" added with beef liver for more nutrition credited Khun Soe-Ground with a super simple steps, here you go

Larb Noodle

Ingredients

  • Wai Wai Minced Pork Tom Yum : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Beef liver : (up to your preference)

  • Shallot : 3-5 slices

  • Lemonade : 1-3 tablespoons (up to your preference)

  • Goat pepper : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Spring onion : 3-5 slices

  • Coriander : 3-5 leaves

  • Parsley : 3-5 slices

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Wai Wai Minced Pork Tom Yum" noodles and beef liver in the water for 3 minutes (separate out seasonings for now) then bring them up from the water and put in a separated plate

  2. Mixed the rest of the ingredients include seasonings as you like ... boom! ready to serve :)

Menu #3 Noodle with Fried Fish - Another simple menu with a few fried fish for a better taste and better nutrition from Khun iCooK

Noodle with Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • Mama Shrimp Creamy Tom Yum : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Asparagus : (up to your preference)

  • Goat pepper : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Fried fish : (up to your preference)

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Mama Shrimp Creamy Tom Yum" noodles and Asparagus in the water for 3 minutes (separate out seasonings for now) then bring them up from the water and put in a separated plate

  2. Add seasonings and goat pepper in to the plate

  3. Finish with fried fish on the noodle then ... boom! ready to serve :)

Menu #4 Spicy Fried Noodle with Crispy Pork - An attractive aroma of fried noodles with crispy pork worth trying and simply addicted after the first touch

Spicy Fried Noodle with Crispy Pork

Ingredients

  • Wai Wai Pad Char Baby Clam : 2 packs [get it here]

  • Garlic : 3-5 slices

  • Bird chilli : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • Crispy pork : 100 grams

  • Baby corn (sliced) : 50 grams

  • Chinese broccoli (sliced) : 50 grams

  • Bell pepper (sliced) : a few slices (up to your preference)

  • Fish sauce : 1 tablespoon

  • Oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar : 1 teaspoon

  • Basil : 8-10 leaves

Cooking steps

  1. Boil "Wai Wai Pad Char Baby Clam" noodles in the water for 3 minutes (separate out seasonings for now) then bring it up from the water and put in a separated plate

  2. Blend garlic and bird chilli into small pieces and put in a separated plate

  3. Put vegetable oil in a frying pan with medium heat then add blended garlic and bird chilli until you feel its aroma then add crispy pork, baby corn, bell pepper, and Chinese broccoli all together for a few minutes then add a small cup of water with boiled noodles and the rest of seasonings then ... boom! ready to serve :)
